Our Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets three days per week and provides a structured, supportive therapeutic environment for women. This 12-week, in-person program is designed for individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Treatment includes group therapy, experiential activities, and skills-based interventions, with weekly topics focused on relationships, trauma-informed care, mental health, and recovery support.

Case Managers provide individualized, person-centered services to individuals who are currently institutionalized or at risk of institutionalization. Services include assessment, coordination, and facilitation of formal and informal supports to promote stability, support independence, and strengthen caregiver and community-based resources.
