Prior to owning her own practice, Patricia was a Primary and Family Therapist with The Claudia Black Center at the Meadows. Patricia found her passion working in an ou

 Patricia Plum, MSW, LCSW is the owner of Imagine Therapy, PLLC. She holds a Bachelor's Degree, along with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Prior to owning her own practice, Patricia was a Primary and Family Therapist with The Claudia Black Center at the Meadows. Patricia found her passion working in an outpatient addiction clinic and serving in a domestic violence and addiction center with mothers and children. Her other areas of training include: Post Induction Therapy, Experiential Therapy, EMDR Therapy and Auricular Acupuncture therapy. Patricia's passion lies in helping to bring education, collaboration, and insight to both persons and families suffering through addiction and trauma, encouraging healing and hope.

Lauren finds passion in seeing transformation in the lives of others, Currently partnering to create behavioral health housing in Arizona for clients with SMI and co-occurring disorders.

 Ashley M. Chesky, MA, LPC is a therapist known for her relational, client centered, and creative approach to counseling. Ashley holds a dual Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from Prescott College. She began her career at The Meadows, a world renowned private inpatient treatment facility, where she was mentored by some of the most influential leaders in the fields of trauma and addiction - including Dr. Claudia Black and Pia Mellody. Ashley has been a featured speaker at multiple national conferences in which she taught professionals in the field creative trauma informed therapeutic techniques in private and group settings. In addition, Ashley has completed professional trainings in Post Induction Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.

She feels there is a strong connection between hands on learning and self-reasoning skills regardless of the age demographic. Rebecca moved on, Graduating from Grand Canyon University's Clinical Mental Health Master’s program and achieving her LAC. She has spent the last 3 years serving clients in residential treatment working on both group and individual services. She continues to use hands on activities in her treatment, incorporating experiential activities in the therapeutic alliance.

 Originally from Michigan, Natalie holds a degree in Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. She is also EMDR-trained and specializes in trauma, providing compassionate and effective support for individuals working through difficult past experiences.

With a calm and gentle spirit, Natalie brings a deep sense of care and empathy to her work, offering genuine support to each person she serves.  Shelbi Uyehara, LMSW, is a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges and finding their voice. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR trained with advanced EMDR training to utilize with Grief, Dissociation, complex trauma, and attachment. She is also a Safe and Sound Protocol administrator and is currently pursuing DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience) training. 

With early experience focused on adolescents and young adults, Shelbi has developed a strong passion for helping this population, particularly those struggling to define who they are amidst societal pressures. Over time, her training has expanded to include how trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, and relational wounds—often rooted in family of origin—impact mental health, daily functioning, coping capacity, and resilience for humans of all ages.

Shelbi’s therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and authenticity. She believes therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming; instead, it can be a sacred space where clients feel truly seen and supported and safe to explore the deepest, darkest parts of themselves. Her goal is to walk alongside individuals as they process trauma and difficult life experiences, build self-esteem, self-identity, and resilience, and work toward a life aligned with their values.

As someone who personally understands the complexities of growth and healing, Shelbi brings empathy and dedication to every session and does not believe in labeling clients as "difficult" or "too much". Nicole's journey into the field of mental health began in Peru, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Nicole pursued her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.  She has a strong background in clinical psychology, early intervention, and psychotherapy. Her passion lies in  the use of evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR,  helping individuals of all ages overcome their emotional challenges.  Nicole is also a certified provider of the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), specializing in working with parents of children and teenagers.

Jordana Katz, Psy.D., LASAC is a California native and earned her Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach, and her Doctorate from Alliant International University, Los Angeles.  She moved to Phoenix for her first job in mental health and never looked back.  In the last 13 years she has worked in a variety of settings, including corrections, community mental health, probation, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.  She enjoys working with clients from various diverse backgrounds and has had extensive experience counseling veterans and active military.  Jordana provides individual as well as family counseling and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).  She treats individuals with mental health, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Jordian has a diverse professional background which includes serving youth in Guatemala as a Peace Corps volunteer, working with families at the Department of Child Safety, and also working with youth and adults in a neuropsychology clinic. During her Master's level training, she completed an internship here at Imagine Therapy and also at Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she interned as an individual and group therapist.

 Cheyenne was born and raised on the Hopi Reservation in Northern Arizona. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University  in 2015 and is currently working on her Masters in Social Work  at ASU. She spent ten years working in the elementary school system, four of which as a certified classroom te

 Cheyenne was born and raised on the Hopi Reservation in Northern Arizona. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University  in 2015 and is currently working on her Masters in Social Work  at ASU. She spent ten years working in the elementary school system, four of which as a certified classroom teacher prior to joining the Imagine team. Upon overcoming her own battles with addiction, domestic violence and trauma, Cheyenne has discovered a newfound passion for helping others with similar struggles. Cheyenne recently celebrated two years of continuous sobriety and is actively working a solid twelve step program daily.  She is now sponsoring other females, guiding them through the program and twelve steps. It is her goal to serve as a positive role model in recovery for all those who are still suffering; to show that there is a solution and that WE DO RECOVER!

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Wendy is deeply committed to mindfulness, meditation, and holistic practices. She has a profound connection to nature and enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. A lover of travel, Wendy has spent several years abroad in Europe and Mexico, including a life-changing journey along the Camino de Santiago in Spain. She also enjoys creative writing and music, finding inspiration in both for personal expression and reflection.
