Prior to owning her own practice, Patricia was a Primary and Family Therapist with The Claudia Black Center at the Meadows. Patricia found her passion working in an ou

 Patricia Plum, MSW, LCSW is the owner of Imagine Therapy, PLLC. She holds a Bachelor's Degree, along with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Prior to owning her own practice, Patricia was a Primary and Family Therapist with The Claudia Black Center at the Meadows. Patricia found her passion working in an outpatient addiction clinic and serving in a domestic violence and addiction center with mothers and children. Her other areas of training include: Post Induction Therapy, Experiential Therapy, EMDR Therapy and Auricular Acupuncture therapy. Patricia's passion lies in helping to bring education, collaboration, and insight to both persons and families suffering through addiction and trauma, encouraging healing and hope.

Ashley Chesky, MA, LPC is a therapist known for her relational, client-centered, and creative approach to counseling. She holds a dual Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from Prescott College.

Ashley began her career at The Meadows, a world-renowned private inpatient treatment facility, where she was mentored by some of the most influential leaders in the fields of trauma and addiction, including Dr. Claudia Black and Pia Mellody. She has been a featured speaker at multiple national conferences, where she has taught professionals creative, trauma-informed therapeutic techniques in both individual and group settings.

In addition, Ashley has completed advanced professional training in Post Induction Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy, which she integrates into her work to support healing, insight, and emotional expression.

Jordana Katz, Psy.D., LASAC is a California native who earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and her Doctorate from Alliant International University, Los Angeles. She relocated to Phoenix for her first position in mental health and has continued her career in Arizona since.

Over the past 13 years, Jordana has worked across a wide range of settings, including corrections, community mental health, probation, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and has extensive experience providing counseling to veterans and active-duty military.

Jordana provides individual and family counseling and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She works with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, and believes strongly in the power of therapy to support meaningful change and improve overall well-being. Rebecca Lawson, LPC has dedicated her career to caring for others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Arizona Christian University and spent four years at West Valley Christian School, where she built strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families.

Rebecca believes there is a strong connection between hands-on learning and the development of self-reasoning skills, regardless of age. She went on to graduate from Grand Canyon University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program, earning her Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential.

Over the past three years, Rebecca has served clients in residential treatment settings, providing both individual and group therapy. She continues to integrate hands-on and experiential activities into treatment, using experiential approaches to strengthen the therapeutic alliance and support client engagement.

Jordian, LMSW is a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they work toward emotional wellness and resilience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.

Jordian brings a diverse professional background to her work, including service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala, supporting families through the Arizona Department of Child Safety, and working with youth and adults in a neuropsychology clinic. During her graduate training, she completed internships at Imagine Therapy and Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she provided both individual and group therapy.

 received her bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology and her master’s degree in social work with a certification in Criminal Sentencing and Sentencing Advocacy, all from Arizona State University. Before joining Imagine Therapy, Meghan worked at The Meadows, a renowned addiction and trauma treatment facility, where she provided individual, group, couples, and family therapy to clients navigating a wide range of mental health and relationship challenges. Her background also includes experience in community mental health serving youth ages 5–17, facilitating group therapy for previously incarcerated women, and working within Behavioral Health Residential Facilities.

Meghan takes an eclectic and client-centered approach to therapy. Deeply passionate about empowering others, Meghan creates a nonjudgmental and safe space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their authentic selves.

Victoria serves as Imagine Therapy's Community Outreach & Partnership Coordinator, where she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that strengthen both the individuals we serve and the communities we call home. With a heart for people and a genuine passion for creating opportunities for connection, Victoria works to develop partnerships, expand community resources, and increase access to behavioral health services.

Currently pursuing her degree in Social Work through Mesa Community College, Victoria brings both academic knowledge and lived experience to her work. She believes that meaningful change is possible for every person and is driven by the understanding that healing, hope, and opportunity can transform lives. Neysa earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Arizona State University and brings a strong foundation in client advocacy, communication, and compassionate care. Her education, combined with her genuine desire to serve others, allows her to support clients with empathy while helping them navigate the administrative side of their care with confidence and ease.

With a passion for helping others, Neysa strives to make every interaction one of kindness, respect, and understanding. She enjoys assisting clients with scheduling, answering questions, connecting individuals with resources, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience with our practice.
